If you are not happy with the product that you have purchased from us and wish to cancel with us, we have a “Money Back Guarantee” .

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 21 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Delivery Policy

1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you of the delivery date. If this is not acceptable, we will refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

We will deliver to the address stipulated on the order with the appropriate shipping costs. Failing that we will notify you of the closet collection point.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
